Product Management Experience - 9 Steps Method
Yesterday I have checked out a really nice article for product management, written by a Baidu Product Manager Expert. It pretty similar to the business canvas idea, mixed it up with market segmentation.
- Most likely is find out the value proposition of your product, what can you bring to the customer.
- Find out uniqueness of your product, segment the customer in different types.
- Find out the reasons why they will use the product, the marketing channel.
- Build a community, try to setup the convergence rate of the product ( ?? PVs = ?? money).
- Last one is rapidly prototyping the product, make a closed circle within it.

1. 產品滿足用戶的哪一個核心需求?
2. 與同類產品相比你的獨特性什麼?
3. 分解用戶。根據產品的核心價值,將用戶分解成不同角色。
4. 變成用戶。每類角色回答以下兩個問題:
4.1 該角色為什麼會使用這個產品?
4.2 該角色怎樣知曉和到達這個產品?
5. 確定角色成就。確定產品如何滿足不同角色的成就感。
6. 確定用戶需求滿足過程中的關鍵點。
7. 提升關鍵點的轉化率。
8. 形成閉環。讓產品能夠自我成長。
9. 大干快上,迅速迭代。
